The Wrong Balloons…

You will never believe what happened to us the other day. We planned a marketing shoot, with themes, style, neon signs, backdrops, ribbon, down to the color of the balloons.

Obviously.

One of the most important things. Tell us why, the place we ordered certain balloons from had the audacity to ship us balloons that were completely different colors from the ones in the photo.

We had planned to do a burgundy themed room, with some baby pinks and cream colors, they sent what looked like Thanksgiving turkey colors and Halloween colors. We have been meaning to return the balloons but it was one day past the return window, and every time we look at the what they sent we cringe!

The colors were that bad and something we would never use for any kind of romantic moment.

We quickly had to pivot and source our balloons from a different vendor, in the end, everything worked out.

Now it’s a laughable moment, but you should have seen our faces when we opened the package.

We order our materials in advance, and keep some on hand for quick turnarounds, but sometimes our clients may want specific colors, something stylish, something lavish, so it’s important for us to continue building relationships with different vendors so our client can get what exactly what they wish for!
